Competitor Monitor helped Keter to map over 30 of their key online distribution channels, checking the retail pricing of their products across the world. For the first time, this provided Keter with a complete view of distributor pricing on a daily basis, allowing them to understand changes in their markets.

At the same time, all of the key consumer review sites were mapped and a daily feed of comments and star ratings for all their products collected. Again for the first time providing Keter with a complete view of consumer perception and product performance.

All this data was delivered in a simple to use web based application, including a management dashboard, analysis tools and reporting suite. The application makes it easy for product and pricing managers at Keter to engage with the data and draw insights from pricing and review information, allowing them to take the right action to improve customer experiences and maintain retail pricing.
